Mentorship program 2021 goes virtual

Do you want a mentor, or do you want to be a mentor? Sharing knowledge is our focus! 

This seminar is for anyone who wants to learn more about the principles of mentorship and the differences with coaching but also, learn more about the new virtual mentorship program organised by PMI Sweden Chapter for PMI members.

Kristina Rosen will present us the right conditions for starting a mentor/ mentee relationship. Kristina is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and works currently mostly with carrier coaching and has previously worked with training, group development and coaching of project managers, teams, managers and employees.It will be a webinar with mentorship theory with the main goal of giving you the knowledge needed to get the most out of your mentorship relation.

• Mentor / mentee relationship - how to build it

• Communication tools, tips & tricks

• What do you do if it does not work?
