This award recognizes and celebrates young leaders who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and made a meaningful, positive impact within their organization, profession or community. The award highlights individuals who empower others, lead through change and contribute to the development of people and society.
Award for Sustainability Impact
Sustainability requires new ideas, collaboration and meaningful action to create lasting change. This award recognizes young professionals who have made a significant contribution to a more sustainable future. Whether through environmental, social or economic initiatives, the award celebrates individuals who have inspired others, introduced new approaches or turned sustainability ambitions into tangible impact.
Award for Outstanding Innovation
Innovation is about challenging the way things are done and creating new possibilities for the future. This award recognizes young professionals who have introduced innovative ideas, approaches, solutions or ways of working that have created meaningful impact. The award celebrates individuals who challenge conventions, embrace new perspectives and turn ideas into positive change within their organization, profession or community.

Awards Eligibility
Nominations may come from an organization's management, colleagues, team members or customers. Self-nominations are also permitted.
To be eligible for the PMI Sweden Rising Leader Awards, nominees must:
Be 35 years old or younger on the 15th March 2027.
Work the majority of their time in Sweden.
Demonstrate exemplary skills and achievements in Leadership, Sustainability or Innovation.
Show meaningful impact through their projects, initiatives, organization or community.
Not have been a winner of the previous year's Rising Leader Awards (Under 35 Changemaker Awards).
By accepting the Award, winners agree to participate in the Awards celebration at the Passion for Projects Congress 2027.
