The PMI Sweden Rising Leader Awards recognizes and honors young professionals aged 35 and under who are making a significant impact through project management, leadership, sustainability and innovation. The Awards are organized by Project Management Institute Sweden Chapter.

Overview
The PMI Sweden Rising Leader Awards celebrate emerging leaders who are making a meaningful difference within their organizations, communities and the project management profession.
Formerly known as the Under 35 Changemaker Awards, the awards recognize young professionals who turn ideas into action, inspire others, lead positive change and develop innovative solutions to the challenges around us.
Rising Leaders demonstrate exceptional skills and achievements in Leadership, Sustainability or Innovation, while showing the potential to shape the future of project management. Their work exhibit exceptional knowledge, leadership potential, reflects a commitment to creating meaningful impact and contributing to the growth and evolution of the profession.
Eligibility
Nominations may come from an organization's management, colleagues, team members or customers. Self-nominations are also permitted.
To be eligible for the PMI Sweden Rising Leader Awards, nominees must:
Be 35 years old or younger on the 15th March 2027.
Work the majority of their time in Sweden.
Demonstrate exemplary skills and achievements in Leadership, Sustainability or Innovation.
Show meaningful impact through their projects, initiatives, organization or community.
Not have been a winner of the previous year's Rising Leader Awards (Under 35 Changemaker Awards).
By accepting the Award, winners agree to participate in the Awards celebration at the Passion for Projects Congress 2027.
