How to develop behavioral competences for project managers using NLP

Method and process are important in project management, but knowing how to use them is even more so. As a project manager you can increase your effectiveness most by developing your soft skills, recognising that finesse can be more effective than force. Once developed, you will find that these skills are transfarable across project types and whole industry sectors. 

In this webinar Dr Peter Parkes from the UK, author of "NLP for project managers", will illustrate the application of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to develop competences, hence better equipping you to communicate across cultures, reframe problems, manage stakeholder groups, resolve conflicts, motivate teams and become even better leader.

Dr Parkes has held programme director roles in the private and public sectors, public private partnerships and 'Big 4' consultancy  practices. He is Fellow of BCS,  The Chartered Institute for IT, the Association of Project Management Institute and the Chartered Management Institute. With APM he was a Trustee and Board Champion for besst practice groups and regular speaker on many aspects of project management. He is a professional member of the Association for NLP, an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Coach and Trainer. He has delivered cources on soft skills and behavioural competences for project managers to many corporate organisations, some in association with professional bodies.
