The impact of culture and trust in high performing teams

 We usually say that culture differences and trust play an importance role in interaction between people, but is it really so? And if it is so, how can you measure and develop both intercultural competences and trust levels? In this seminar, Simone Torres Costa will talk about the importance of culture and trust in high performing teams and their impact on performance. We will utilize your own experience in a breakout session.

About the facilitator

Simone has a masters´degree in Psychology and a MBA from Lund University. As an ICF certified coach and intercultural trainer, she has helped leaders of international organizations to succeed in their cross cultural endeavors in emerging markets, mainly Brazil and  China . Simone´s interest in the ´soft´aspects of project implementation and their impact on performance started with her own experience of 16 years abroad (USA, Sweden, Poland, and Italy).

She is author of Deconstruction Brazil beyond Carnival, Soccer and Girls in Small Bikinis and co author of the book for expat families The Mission of Detective Mike: Moving Abroad.
