Aviation incidents from PM's perspective

The lecture will analyze several historical aviation incidents, searching for behavioural and managerial problems, which frequently appear in Project Manager's life, such as problems with communication, stress, task-saturation or chain-of-command. Aviation industry has already created multiple solutions to these human-factor problems. We will therefore browse through these solutions, selecting for best-practicies applicable to PM's daily practice.
