24 hours of leadership, inspiration, and collaboration at SLIM 2026!
On October 16–17, the PMI Sweden Chapter leadership team gathered in Helsingborg for our Strategic Leadership Institute Meeting (SLIM) to reflect on our achievements, exchange ideas, and explore how we can continue creating value for our members and the project management community in Sweden.
The two days combined strategic discussions, learning, and inspiration. We celebrated the past year's achievements, discussed updates from PMI Global, and explored how artificial intelligence (AI) can support our chapter's development and our volunteers' work.
A highlight was Giulia Morello's inspiring speech on turning cultural differences into collective strengths, reminding us that diverse perspectives can become a powerful asset when we work towards a common goal.
Our AI literacy workshop took us from foundational knowledge to advanced workflows, encouraging us to think critically about how we can use AI responsibly. Through open-space discussions, we also exchanged ideas on how to support our branches and strengthen our volunteer community.
