The part of the project manager’s job AI does not take

An evening session for project professionals on the work that remains when coordination is automated.

Project tools can already assemble a passable picture of status. Many project managers still spend most of the week producing that picture.

The question for the role is narrower than whether AI will replace project managers. It is which part of the job is still worth paying a person for, and how you know whether that is the part you are practicing.

In this session we look at six areas that do not sit in the report: seeing the real state of the work, hearing false commitment, getting decisions made, putting trade-offs on the table, moving people who do not report to you, and supervising what the tools generate.

The session includes a 10-minute assessment, and you'll get a personal score that evening. It is not a tool demonstration. A later 1:1 conversation about a free personal 90-day plan is optional.
