Project Management that delivers

The workshop by Lee R. Lambert, PMP, PMI Fellow, and a founder of the PMP, is a 4-hour session dedicated to achieving personal and professional success by adhering to the Project Management Institute’s Talent Triangle.

It covers Business Acumen, Way of Working, and Power Skills. Lambert leverages his extensive experience since 1966 and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) to illustrate effective project management principles.

The session promises real-world examples and problem-solving activities to demonstrate these principles in action.
