Project Management and Sustainability

Organizations are pursuing their transformation in the shape of projects and Project Management is on the subject more than ever. Meanwhile, the demand increases from both employees, management and other stakeholders that companies should act in a more sustainable way. This makes organizations and project managers face new challenges. 

Malin Svensson, a Sustainability Consultant, and Mariella Larsson, a Project Manager at PwC will address these new challenges: How will a more sustainable governing affect projects and how can project management help organizations make more sustainable decisions?

Mariella is an experienced project manager and specialist in the PwC for project assurance. She is involved in building up PwC Sweden's method and model for the service area. Mariella has a deep understanding of risk management and quality assurance in projects.

Malin is an experienced consultant within areas such as sustainability, internal control, governance and risk. Malin has a deep understanding of the importance of getting an organizational structure that takes sustainability into account at all levels, from senior management to project management.
