Product Development Portfolio Management

Let us present how we managed the project portfolio of a large product development organization. We will go through the portfolio environment (organization, components, management and governance) as well as the obstacles we have managed and the ones we expect ahead. The organization’s expectations and maturity will also be addressed. In short – we will talk about our project portfolio management experiences.  

Lena Dubbelman has worked within the area of project management for more than 28 years; as a project manager, project coach/mentor and as a teacher. She has handled assignments ranging from project/portfolio management, PMO establishment, methodology development and implementation, analysis of organizational project maturity and design of project portfolio tools. She has also been a speaker on international conferences and developed courses in Project-, Program- & Portfolio Management as well as PMO. Lena is now Sales Manager in Sweden for Antura AB.  

Peter Dase has a background as project & program manager for 25 years in international consulting companies- He now works as Demand & Portfolio Manager for Customer & Counterparty Data at Nordea AB. His previous background is as Portfolio and Demand Manager for the Commercial Portfolio, Business Relationship Manager and Master Plan Manager coordinating business stakeholder management with service design and supplier management teams at Telia Company.
