Welcome to Passion for Projects Congress 2025
This is the registration site for the event, sign up via the form under "Registration".
You
will need a personal login to sign up. If you do not have an account
before, you will need to create one by clicking "Create Account". If you
need help, feel free to contact us at pfp@pmi-se.org, and we will assist you!
You
can pay with your card, via your bank account or with a private
invoice. Please note that the booking confirmation and the invoice in
cases where you have selected a private invoice will be sent to the
e-mail registered to your account. You can see it at the top of the
page. If it is incorrect, you can change it for this transaction, but it
is also good if you also change it in your profile under MY PAGES, then
you ensure that you continue to receive information about events etc.
You
can also book via company invoice or e-invoice by clicking in the box
and filling in an e-mail where the invoice should be sent. Please note
that in the next step you will need to fill in the company address or
organization number. Then there is also the option of paying with a
company card or having your finance department make an account transfer.
You will still receive a booking confirmation to your registered email.
Note that the payment options above are handled by Payson and invoicing takes place through them.
It is important to check that the booking has really gone through, especially if you use an invoice. If you have not received a confirmation within 2-3 hours, there may have been a problem. The easiest way to see if the booking is correct is to go to the booking page again. If the booking has gone through, it says "Thank you for your booking!" and there is no booking box to tick. If the booking has failed, try again, you cannot be charged twice. If the problems continue, contact us via bokning@pmi-se.org

If you want electronic invoicing, the organization number and possibly e-mail for e-invoice invitation is needed

and e-mail of the participants and if any of them are members of PMI
Sweden Chapter and if they will attend the evening event.
Note that if you do a group registration there will be a handling fee of 35 SEK for each attendee.
Group bookings are handled and invoiced via PMI Sweden Chapter.

note that filming/photography is taking place during Passion for
Projects Congress 2024. By signing up to this event, you agree that we
can use it as promotional and archival purposes for Passion for
Projects Congress and PMI Sweden Chapter. If you would prefer not to be
photographed please let the photographer know or contact us.
Please fill in your allergies or special diet on our registration form.
Hotel is booked by you separately and is not included in the registration fee.
The event is cancelable until 2025-02-23 for a fee of 5% of the registration fee. Please contact us at bokning@pmi-se.org
