Do you want to be a mentor or a mentee?

This webinar is for anyone who are interested in joining the virtual mentorship program organised by PMI Sweden Chapter for PMI members. Starting this autumn we are running two programs yearly - one starting in the autumn and one running during the spring next year.

Guest speaker: Kristina Rosén

Kristina Rosén will share her thoughts on the right conditions for creating a good mentor/ mentee relationship. Kristina is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and currently works mostly with coaching and leadership training. She has previously worked with training, group development and coaching of project managers, teams, managers and employees. Kristina will focus on the mentorship theory with the main goal of giving you the knowledge needed to get the most out of your mentorship relation.
