Welcome to a seminar about managing some of the most complex change projects

The business development firm Acando hosts an interesting seminar about applying project management in challenging projects when ownership shifts. Herwig Stöckl, CEO Tovoy Solutions AB describes how project managers best navigate in some of the most demanding change projects in M&A context. This seminar addresses multiple aspects of change management and different functions, like Sales, R&D, HR, Supply, IT, etc. and how those changes can be fit under a project management approach and how project management processes and tools support this. Remark: the invitation is in English, the presentation will be given in Swedish or English – dependent on the audience.

  • Leadership in the context of ongoing change, with constant surprises and cultural challenges

  • Examples from real projects – Herwig Stöckl had the roles of Separation-, Integration- and Transactional Services Delivery Project Lead in several international M&As
