Reinaldo Morais is a PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master Certified. He works as a Process Architect – Analytics at Ericsson in Stockholm.
Project Management is his passion that get into his life years ago and during this time he got in touch and worked with different frameworks and methodologies like Six Sigma DMAIC, PMBOK® Areas of Knowledge and more recently the Agile Principles and Values.

In this webinar we will describe each of in these frameworks, methodologies focus points and go through his experience looking for what we could learn and how to combine them to enhance our Professional work as Project Managers.
