PMI and ACMP welcomes you to a joint face-to-face networking opportunity in Gothenburg on September 18th Culture, leadership and organisational sense of coherence.

We have invited Anders Hanson, an author and consultant, who has spent over 30 years pondering regarding workplace health promotion, salutogenic leadership and cultural change. At this event he will continue to contemplate the following questions:

− How can management and leadership create a culture that attracts people, is good for wellbeing and enables good performance?

− How can you create a humanly successful workplace in an international context with people of different ages from different cultures?

About the speaker

Anders Hanson is a speaker, educator, and author in health promotion and salutogenic leadership, engaged in leadership development for more than 20 years. During the 1990s, Anders was affiliated with University West in the fields of work psychology and pedagogy. Since 2002, he has been working full-time as a consultant in the Swedish Health Promotion Group, https://www.halsopromotiongruppen.se/.
