Creating and capturing value by value management

An organisation need to create value, it is obvious. But how do you make it happen in the full organization? Iain Fraiser propose using a value management framework to link organizational strategy to portfolio content. This is described in his business book "the business of portfolio management - boosting organizational value" and is a subject for this seminar.
