Coaching Agile Teams
In agile projects leadership is actually more important than in
traditional projects. But how should a leader work in agile projects?
Mattias Skarin will guide us in the difficult task of leadership for
agile projects, and explain how to do coaching of agile teams.
About Mattias Skarin:
Mattias Skarin has an extensive experience as agile coach and mentor
working at the contractor company Crisp AB. As a contractor he has
coached and mentored several large companies and helped them improve
their agile way of working, both in Sweden and abroad. He is a keen and
appreciated speaker at agile conferences. Mattias is the author of the
book ”Real World Kanban”.
This is a joint event for the two PMI networks: Agile Network and Stockholm International English Speaking Network.
The first half of the evening is devoted to the presentation ”Coaching
Agile Teams”. The second half of the evening will be devoted to
networking and discussions about the best way forward for the networks.
We want to revitalise the PMI Agile Network in Stockholm. One part of
this is a discussion about what kind of activities the participants
would like to see within the agile network.
This is the second meeting of the Stockholm International English Speaking Network. The first meeting was in March 2017.
