Becoming irreplaceable as a project professional in the age of AI

We hosted this session for our West Branch in Gothenburg in October. It ran long because the room was engaged and full of questions. Now we're bringing it online for PMI Sweden Chapter members and for PMI members in other chapters.

AI is now capable of writing the status report, the meeting notes and the first draft of the plan. That's often the part of the project professional's role we get measured on.
The other part rarely shows up in a report. It's getting a steering group to say what it thinks, making a decision stick after the meeting ends and knowing which green is red. And it's moving work through people who don't report to you (which, in many roles, is a large share of the work).
As AI takes on more of the first part, the value is likely to move toward the second.

This session is for people who deliver through others. That includes project, programme and portfolio managers, PMO leads, product owners, scrum masters, business analysts and the leaders they report to.

You'll take a ten-minute self-assessment and get your own score on the six gaps that can open between strategy and delivery. Then you'll work on your result: see which gap costs you the most and get one practical tip to try in your next stakeholders meeting.
We've set aside 90 minutes so there's time for the work and for your questions.
