William Meller describes himself as  an innovative, self-starter and goal-oriented Project, Program & Portfolio Manager with +10 years in IT Industry, passionate about strategy design and execution, experienced in both Agile and Waterfall projects, PMO, Agile Transformation, Scrum, Kanban, budget and portfolio management with an MBA in Business Management and certified in Strategy Execution by Harvard Business School.
