Evening Speakers

Katarina Korenkova is a Board Member at PMI Sweden Chapter, a Project Manager and Agile Leader at ProgressLEAD.  Agile leadership is essential for successful business transformation. Agile leaders empower and help teams to work in new and more effective ways. But what are the key qualities and principles of agile leadership and how can we transform ourselves to inspirational agile leaders? 

Charlotte Arnberg & Zofi Holgerson from ProgressLEAD invite you to a playful and interactive workshop with elements of Lego® Serious Play. Create the right conditions for collaboration through communication. In this interactive workshop you will get an introduction to one of our most useful tools: Guiding Principles. 

In this short version of 60 minutes we will go through:

•      What Guiding Principles are and why they make a difference.

•      How to use them.

•      How to create them together with your team.

Charlotte Arnberg is CEO of ProgressLEAD and has held several leading roles in both agile and traditional organisations in the Nordics.  Her focus as a leader is to create successful teams by building a winning culture. Charlotte has extensive experience in leading in uncertainty and working actively with the Guiding Principles tool.

Zofi Holgerson is an experienced Process Designer, facilitator and Team Coach.  She has worked with several of our most well-known companies in the digital industry as well as with municipalities and regions.  With a background in Scrum and Agile and methods from UX and service design, she designs and facilitates processes for team and organisational development and digital transformation.
