A conference organized by the PMI Sweden Chapter, taking place on November 16, 2026, in Uppsala. The theme is: "From ambition to execution: leading the future of infrastructure and urban development."

Registration and booking

Register easily through the “Book” form on the right.
To complete your registration, you need a personal account.
If you don’t have one yet, please select “Register account” to create it.

Follow the instructions and log in before you finish the booking.

Payment options

Note that for international payments only card payments are available.

You can pay directly by card or via Qvickly, where you can also choose Swish or a personal invoice. Please note that the booking confirmation and invoice (if you choose to pay by invoice) are sent to the email address linked to your account. If the address is incorrect, you can update it under "My Pages" to ensure you continue to receive information about events and activities.

You can also book using corporate invoicing by checking the box and entering the email address where the invoice should be sent. Please note that in the next step, you will need to provide the company’s organization number and postal code. You will need to enter the name of the person being registered and then verify the identity using BankID. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation at your registered email address.

Note: Payment processing and invoicing are managed by Qvickly.

If you wish to register three (3) or more participants, you can submit a group registration and then you could also request an e-invoice, please contact us at samhallsbyggnad@pmi-se.org and provide the following details:

• Company name

• Billing address

• Your reference

• Email address for PDF invoicing

• If you require electronic invoicing, please provide the organization number.

• Contact person

• Names and email addresses of the participants, and an indication of whether any of them are members of the PMI Sweden Chapter.

• Please note that a processing fee of 35 SEK per registered participant applies to group registrations.

Group bookings are handled by the PMI Sweden Chapter, and invoicing is managed by us.

A few details regarding the event:     

• Filming and photography will take place at various times during the event. By registering for this event, you consent to our use of this material for marketing purposes related to future *Samhällsbyggnadsdagar* events and the PMI Sweden Chapter. If you do not consent to being filmed or photographed, please contact us to let us know.     

• Please indicate any allergies or special dietary requirements in the registration form.

• Sparkling wine will be served during the mingle; if company policy prohibits alcohol, please check the box "I would like a non-alcoholic option."     

• Hotel reservations must be made separately and are not included in the registration fee.

Cancellations are accepted up to and including November 06, 2026, subject to a fee of 5% of the registration cost. To cancel, please contact samhallsbyggnad@pmi-se.org.
