Registration and booking
Register easily through the “Book” form on the right.
To complete your registration, you need a personal account.
If you don’t have one yet, please select “Register account” to create it.
Follow the instructions and log in before you order your ticket.
Payment options
You can pay directly by credit card or via Qvickly, which also offers Swish or private invoice as payment options.
Please note that your booking confirmation and invoice (if applicable) will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
If this address is incorrect, you can update it under My Pages to ensure you continue receiving event information and updates.
Note: Payment processing and invoicing are managed by Qvickly.

If you want electronic invoicing, the organization number and possibly e-mail for e-invoice invitation is needed
Contact person

and e-mail of the participants and if any of them are members of PMI
Sweden Chapter and if they will attend the evening event.
Note that if you do a group registration there will be a handling fee of 35 SEK for each attendee.
Group bookings are handled and invoiced via PMI Sweden Chapter.
Before the event
Filming and Photography
Parts of the congress will be filmed and photographed.
By registering, you agree that this material may be used for future marketing of Passion for Projects Congress and PMI Sweden Chapter.

Allergies and Special Diets
Please indicate any dietary requirements directly in the registration form.
Accommodation
Hotel booking is handled individually and is not included in the registration fee. Information about the congress partner hotel will be included in the welcome information you receive after completing your booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible until 23 February 2026, subject to a 5% administrative fee.
