PMO network: PMI-PMO-CP™ Certification - What You Need to Know

In this one-hour webinar, we will take a closer look at PMI’s PMO certification, the PMI-PMO-CP™.

We will start with a brief introduction to the certification: what it is, who it is designed for, what topics and competencies it covers, what it does not cover, and what the eligibility requirements are.

Jens Korneck, who has a role as Head of Project and Portfolio Management and has recently obtained his certification, will then share his personal lessons learned from preparing for and taking the PMI-PMO-CP exam - including insights into the learning journey, preparation approach, and exam experience.

We will close the session with an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions about the certification, preparation, or his experience.

 

This session is hosted by the PMO Network of PMI Sweden Chapter. While it is primarily aimed at PMO leaders, everyone with an interest in PMO is welcome to join this session.
