Lucila Dotto is PMI Global Head of Sustainability and Lead for the PMI-GPM Joint Venture, where she drives the integration of sustainability and regenerative practices into the project management profession to create lasting impact. She is also leading the activation of a community of champions to advance leadership and innovation in project management and sustainability.

Lucila’s experience includes leading global purpose and culture strategies at KPMG in London, co-founding a consultancy focused on culture and leadership, and spearheading education and innovation initiatives at Universidad de San Andrés in Argentina. She is deeply committed to purposeful, sustainable transformation, empowering both organizations and individuals to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
