How to deliver projects on time

In this lunch webinar our guest speaker from the USA, Raymond Sheen will talk about the strengths and weaknesses of the different project management scheduling tools - when to use them and when not to use them (Gantt, Network Diagram, Milestone, Kanban, Task List, PERT, Critical Path). 

The webinar is suitable for new to practicing project managers and also for those preparing for PMP certification. Webinar will be delivered in English language. 

Raymond Sheen is an experienced project manager and business executive.  He has the PMP, LSS Blackbelt, and Scrum Master certifications.  Ray has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Astronautical Engineering.  He has worked in both government and industry.  He is currently the President of Product and Process Innovation, Inc., a consulting firm he founded that specializes in the application of technology to solving business issues.  Ray is a co-author of Guide to Project Management, published by Harvard Business Review Press.
