How do you find a red thread from vision to requirements?
 
After a short theoretical framing looking at Business Architecture Guild's meta model we will jump straight into a practical workshop setting up business capabilities in a system anatomy. This is not rocket science but really cool and useful when you want to make people communicate effectively and get a common understanding!
 
(We have done something similar a number of years ago for those of you who were there, but this session contains new stuff.)
 
The session is low tech and you don't need your laptop.
 
This session is face 2 face and not remote.
