This interactive sessionexplores the intersection between traditional project management and creative problem-solving.Together, we’ll discuss when structure enables innovation — and when it can hold us back. Expect a pragmatic conversation about fit, context, and what happens when teams become too attached to “theplan” instead of the problem they set out to solve.
