What does it look like when
CM and PM is combined at its’ best?
Should you always include
CM in all projects?
What can you as PM do when
you must run the project without a dedicated CM?
We will start with a short
brief on what CM stands for and then do a deep dive into the collaboration and
interface of the two disciplines.
Come and meet Eva Martins:
My background is running IT
projects in the 90s. Based on that I have a solid understanding of what it means
to work in projects. Since 2012 I have been certified as a Change Practitioner.
It has taken quite some time for the CM discipline to gain recognition in
Sweden. However, the pandemic, digitalization and remote work have increased the
understanding for an overall need to handle change, at work as well as in our
private lives. The ability to adjust to new outer and inner circumstances, and
to do so without losing the ability of operating your daily business, is a
divider for which organizations will prevail and thrive or not.
