Başak İnan, a PMI member from the Turkish Chapter is an MBA student and writing his thesis about conflict management.
He's trying to find the preferred conflict handling methods and some national differences, if any, described under conflict management.
He has prepared a survey, which is based on “The Dutch Test for Conflict Handling”, that takes only 5-10 minutes to complete.
He will be very grateful if we help him.
