The seminar will be partly in Swedish and partly in English.
Both PMI and non PMI members are welcome to this free seminar.
Seminar objective
· Projects are communication. You communicate more than 90 % of your time. Part of this is to make presentations about your project. Sometimes the PM will also take on an educational role, for stakeholders and for other project managers. This seminar will give the PM an insight in how experienced instructors prepare and execute a learning experience.
· To become an instructor in project management may be a complement to do the actual and daily project managing. What does it mean to be an instructor and is it possible to become one?
Agenda
1. Introduction by Kjell Rodenstedt, representing two roles: both from PMI Sweden Chapter and as an instructor.
2. Niklas Ewetz, ESI International, will shortly introduce ESI
3. Rhetoric aspects when presenting and instructing, Kjell Rodenstedt (in Swedish)
4. The Hats We Wear – Mike Lavery (in English)
5. Pause
6. Makin a Difference – Denise Vestin (in Swedish)
7. How to become an ESI Instructor? – Angela Best, ESI International
