We all like to save time, money and effort when we carry out our projects and also spend less time in meetings! One way of achieving this result is by being supported by an excellent project method and a project standard. This seminar will teach you the best ways of using PRINCE2 as a project method and how it deviates from alternatively compliments PMBOK as standard!

PRINCE2 is the most used project method in the world and during the seminar you will learn how your organization effectively and efficiently can manage and follow out all kinds of projects with the help of PRINCE2. PRINCE2 provides the project manager with different approaches, techniques and templates that are needed additionally to the support that PMBOK, as a standard, provide.

PRINCE2 will guide you through the whole project and helps you to structure, organize and control your project. The method is easy to adapt in accordance with the needs of your project and allows you to reduce the number of tasks that are stealing time and energy.
